`Okika Counseling strives toward providing individualized care and support to all of our clients while taking into consideration each person’s unique needs. Our work is based on a foundation of trust, respect, and exceptional care to clients from all walks of life by providing mental health counseling and life coaching services via telehealth. Our therapeutic approach utilizes a developmental and attachment-based lens in exploring the various ways our physical, mental, emotional, and environmental world influence the ways we navigate our life, as we work toward a path of healing, increased emotional functioning, and development of self-worth.
