`Okika Counseling SErvices & Cost

We specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and identity concerns. Our clients often struggle in their relationships with family, friends, and partners, where the emotion-focused lens takes an attachment and developmental perspective when helping clients navigate these challenges in their life. Our approach aims to get to the root of individual’s mental health concerns, while providing in-the-moment and long-term skills to work toward increasing self-regulation and self-esteem and develop increased security in one's life. We primarily focus on building up client’s emotional awareness, develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others, and strengthen one's ability to set boundaries and communicate effectively. 

Individual sessions are $180 per 50 minute session. HMSA, HMSA QUEST, UHA, and HMAA insurance is accepted. All other payments will be private pay only (superbills available). Payments are made through HIPAA compliant payment platform.

We are licensed in the states of Hawaii and Oregon. All counseling is via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

We have extensive history working with couples and families, both in residential and private practice settings. `Okika Counseling addresses marital concerns and family functioning through an emotion-focused lens that works toward strengthening empathy and communication with one another and working toward emotional awareness and healing. This may include homework for the couples and families to work on in and outside of session to integrate more effective communication strategies, parenting skills, and healing from previous disruption or trauma. 

Couples and Family sessions are $200 per 50 minute session or $260 per 90 minute session (if available). HMSA, HMSA QUEST, UHA, and HMAA insurance is accepted. All other payments will be private pay only. Payments are made through a HIPAA compliant platform.

Danielle is licensed in the states of Hawaii and Oregon. All counseling is via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

Specialized coaching services and courses that address unhealthy dating patterns and work toward stronger, more secure relationships.

Coaching will include 8 weeks of one-on-one coaching with Dr. Danielle Zandbergen that aims to heal your inner critic, teach you actionable steps in developing a healthier, more secure self.

Attachment courses are self-study digital courses that help you transform the way you date, relate, and communicate!

Both coaching and courses can be provided to anyone that lives in the U.S.!
